His journey in the industry is marked by the successful delivery of almost 2,000 multi-family units across Florida. Daniel's expertise lies in the nuanced realms of attainable housing finance and development, where he has demonstrated exceptional skill and insight.
Having successfully acquired entitlements and tax exemptions across seven counties under the Live Local Act, Daniel has a proven track record in navigating complex legislative environments.
Daniel's professional trajectory includes pivotal roles at MCP Residential Developers, McDowell Housing Partners, and Landmark Companies. He is a member of the Coalition of Attainable Housing Provides and holds a Housing Credit Certified Professional Certificate from First Housing.
Pieter Mekerle
Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Mekerle is a software engineer and IT consultant who has worked on application development, process automation, AI integrations, data analytics, and marketing. After graduating with a Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, he transitioned to IT, working in production planning, real estate, and charitable ventures.
Pieter is charged with the design and implementation of LLL’s proprietary systems, adopting the latest in artificial intelligence and data security in furtherance of company goals.
Alexa Ubaldo
Project Manager
Alexa is involved with executing projects within the company from start to finish. She specializes in financial analysis and modeling for affordable housing projects, focusing on risk assessments and data analysis. In addition, Alexa manages the preparation of compliance reports and oversees adherence to the tax exemption program.
Before joining us, Alexa began her career specializing in research, data analysis and investment reporting at a Swiss global private markets investment firm. During her almost five-year tenure, she worked for investor relations and client reporting teams covering Private Real Estate and Impact investments.
